How to Add SR House Credit with 0% Fee Using Cenoa

Learn how to use Cenoa to add balance to your SR House wallet with zero commission fees, compared to 5% with credit card payments.

Overview

Cenoa is a secure payment method that allows you to transfer funds to your SR House balance with zero commission (0%). While credit card payments incur a 5% fee, transfers via Cenoa are completely free of charge.

Prerequisites

  • Cenoa app must be installed on your phone

  • You must have a phone number registered with Cenoa

  • At least one credit card must be added to your SR House wallet (payment infrastructure requirement)

Step 1: Go to the Credit Page

  1. Log in to your SellerRunning account

  2. From the left menu, navigate to SR HouseSettingsCredit

Step 2: Select the Cenoa Tab

On the Credit page, you will see two tabs:

  • Add Balance with Credit Card (5% Fee)

  • Add Balance with Cenoa (0% Fee)

Click on the "Add Balance with Cenoa" tab.

Step 3: Verify Your Phone Number (First Time Only)

Note: This step is only required the first time you use Cenoa. If you've already verified your phone number, skip to Step 4.

  1. Enter your Cenoa-registered phone number in international format (e.g., +905xxxxxxxxx)

  2. Click the "Verify Your Phone Number" button

  3. In the modal that opens, enter the SMS verification code sent to your phone

  4. You have 180 seconds (3 minutes) to enter the code. If the timer expires, click "Resend Code"

  5. After entering the code, click the "Verify" button

Once verification is successful, the Cenoa payment section will become active.

Step 4: Send Money via the Cenoa App

After phone verification is complete, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Cenoa app on your phone. If not installed, click the "Open Cenoa App" button on the screen to scan the QR code or use the download links.

  2. In the Cenoa app, tap "Send"

  3. Select "SellerShipping" as the recipient

  4. Enter the amount you want to transfer

  5. Confirm the transfer

Step 5: Update Your Balance

After completing the money transfer via Cenoa:

  1. Return to the Credit page in SellerRunning

  2. Click the "Update Balance" button in the green card on the Cenoa tab

  3. The system will check your Cenoa transactions and automatically update your balance

  4. A success message will appear: "Your balance has been updated. Transaction count: X, Added balance: $X"

Step 6: Check Your Transaction History

You can view all your Cenoa transactions in the "Cenoa - Transaction History" table at the bottom of the same page.

The table includes:

  • Phone Number: The number used for the transaction

  • Amount: The transferred amount

  • Date: Transaction date

  • Processed: Whether it has been credited to your balance (Yes/No)

Changing Your Phone Number

If your Cenoa-registered phone number has changed:

  1. Find the "Your phone number changed?" section at the bottom of the Cenoa tab

  2. Your current number will be displayed

  3. Click the "Remove Phone Number" button

  4. Enter your new number and verify again (see Step 3)

Q: Why do I need to provide my phone number for Cenoa?

A: Your Cenoa account is linked to your phone number. Verification ensures that transfers you make from Cenoa are automatically matched to your SellerRunning account.

Q: How long does it take for my Cenoa transfer to reflect in my balance?

A: After making a transfer through Cenoa, clicking the "Update Balance" button in SellerRunning updates your balance instantly.

Q: I clicked "Update Balance" but my balance didn't update. What should I do?

A: Make sure the transfer has been completed on the Cenoa side. If the issue persists, contact us via live chat.

Q: What if I don't have a Cenoa account?

A: You can quickly create a free account from the Cenoa website or their mobile app.
