To get in touch with our Customer Service team, follow the steps below.
1. Navigate to the SellerRunning Homepage.
2. Click on your profile at the top right of the page on the Dashboard and select the ‘Help’ tab from the menu that appears.
3. Select one of the reasons for contacting our Customer Service team by searching the subject in the relevant box. You can also access the relevant area by clicking here.
For example, if you have a question about your subscription, you can type subscription in the search field.
4. If needed, scroll to the bottom of the page and upload your file attachment to the upload file section.
5. Click Send to submit your request to the customer service team. After conducting the relevant research, our customer service team will get back to you as quickly as possible.
